Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified. Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings and are the total for your group up to the stated maximum. What each experience includes and excludes is listed on its page and repeated in your confirmation email.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 72 hours before the experience. Between 48 and 72 hours before, 50% of the price is refunded. Within 48 hours of the start, no refund is due.

On the day

Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Experiences run outdoors and may be adjusted for weather or safety. Guests remain responsible for their own belongings and for following reasonable safety guidance.

Photography

Guided photography walks are walks with photography-friendly pacing. They are not professional photography sessions: no professional equipment or edited portraits are provided. Do not photograph residents without their consent.

Liability

We provide the experiences with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected experience.
